Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's quiet location away from the highway, and the jetted tub added a touch of luxury to the room. However, the overall quality was just average.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but being right on the noisy highway was a downside. The service was very professional and helpful, exceeding my expectations. The location was convenient to various restaurants, but needing an update. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were decent.
I stayed at this hotel for a girls' getaway trip and found it to be conveniently located right off the freeway, close to Addison, Bloomingdale, and Itasca. While the room was nice and clean, the significant traffic noise from the nearby highway was a downside. The service was professional and helpful, although there was room for improvement in one staff member's training.
The hotel seems a bit old, but it did have a jetted tub in the room. The rooms are quite small and dark, with standard amenities. It was big enough overall, but it felt like a trick to end up in those noisy rooms.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location was convenient for the activities I was participating in and the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable, the dining options were limited and disappointing. The rooms, although clean and comfortable, were located in a 'Smoking allowed' area, which wasn't ideal.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but there were some areas that could be improved. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, which was essential for my fiancé's medical issues. However, the room temperature was too hot, and the decor could definitely use some updating. The service, in true Hilton fashion, was exemplary, especially in helping us find another hotel nearby for our group. The location was convenient, though a bit tricky to navigate, right off the freeway and close to various areas. Dining was delicious but a bit pricey, and the facilities were adequate with the potential for enhancements.
