I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's quiet location away from the highway, and the jetted tub added a touch of luxury to the room. However, the overall quality was just average.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and clean, but being right on the noisy highway was a downside. The service was very professional and helpful, exceeding my expectations. The location was convenient to various restaurants, but needing an update. The dining experience was good, and the facilities were decent.

I stayed at this hotel for a girls' getaway trip and found it to be conveniently located right off the freeway, close to Addison, Bloomingdale, and Itasca. While the room was nice and clean, the significant traffic noise from the nearby highway was a downside. The service was professional and helpful, although there was room for improvement in one staff member's training.
